Crochet Ear Saver


Skill Level: Beginner

Description:

This is a beginner level pattern that is designed as a great way to practice making a slip knot, doing a foundation chain and the single crochet stitch. I will be using UK terms for this pattern.

Materials Needed:
  • Any colour DK or worsted weight yarn
  • 4.00 mm crochet hook
  • Scissors
  • Darning needle
  • Measuring tape
  • Two medium-sized buttons
  • Sewing needle & thread (to sew on buttons)

Stitches used:

CH - chain
SC - Single Crochet

Gauge: None

Sizes:

Kid - 4"

Small - 4.5"

Medium - 5"

Large - 5.5"

This pattern is for size small.



Pattern:

CH 5

Row 1: SC into the 2nd stitch from the hook and continue across. CH 1, turn (4)

Rows 2-19: SC across (4), CH 1, Turn

(Remember to adjust the number of rows and measure to reach your desired length.)

Fasten off.

Weave ends.

Add buttons.

Your done!
